Dahlia Consulting offers a simple, flexible way to purchase the Support Hours you need, giving you access to experienced support when you need it, without committing to a permanent hire or ongoing contract.

Our  services are delivered remotely, allowing us to work efficiently with businesses wherever they are. If your assignment requires us to work on site or from your office, this can also be arranged and will be charged at our day rate. Please see our Pricing page for details.

Whether you need a few hours of support, regular assistance or help with a larger piece of work, you can simply purchase the time you need and use it where your business needs it most.

We'll talk through what you need help with, what you'd like us to achieve and any deadlines or priorities we need to consider. There's no obligation to proceed. It's simply an opportunity for us to understand what you need and for you to decide whether Dahlia Consulting is the right fit.

We'll recommend a plan

Following your consultation, we'll give you an indication of the time we think you'll need and the number of Support Hours we'd recommend.

We'll be clear about what we expect to achieve within that time, so you'll have a good understanding of the likely cost before any work begins. You can then choose the number of hours you'd like to purchase.

Agree the Details

Before work begins, we'll provide a Dahlia Consulting agreement setting out the scope of our work, confidentiality, data handling and the terms of our engagement.

We understand that we may be trusted with sensitive business, financial, client and personal information. Everything shared with us is treated as confidential, and work is carried out in a secure environment with appropriate measures in place to protect your information and systems.

All Dahlia consultants are appropriately insured, and if you or your organisation has its own confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement, we're happy to review and sign this before accessing sensitive information.

Business or personal, confidentiality and discretion come as standard.

Purchase your Support Hours

Once you're happy to go ahead, simply purchase the number of Support Hours you need. Hours are purchased in advance and work will commence once payment has been received. Your hours aren't tied to a particular service. They can be used across Business Support and Luxury Concierge, giving you the flexibility to use your time wherever you need it most.

We get to work

We'll agree priorities, deadlines and how you'd like us to communicate with you, then we'll get started. We'll keep track of the time used and keep you updated on your remaining Support Hours, particularly if we're approaching the amount you've allocated to a particular piece of work.

Use the rest when you need us

You don't have to use all your Support Hours at once. Any unused hours remain available for 6 months from the date of invoice. You might use some hours for business support today, more for a project next month, and the remainder later in the year for travel arrangements, personal sourcing, an event or another Concierge request. They're your hours, there when you need them.
